Ab Force is just a cheap knock off of the Ab
Slide.
The biggest drawback of the Ab Force is that it moves
on only one set of wheels. That makes it more unstable than
the Ab Slide.
If
you're considering the Ab Force, spend the extra
$6 bucks and get the Ab Slide,
it's definitely worth it.
