If the exercises are done correctly it will help tone and
condition your legs and your abs. Most
of the customer reviews of the Ab Swing I researched
are positive.
The only negative ones I came across were from people expecting
a miracle without putting in the required effort.
The
Ab Swing is a bit more expensive than some of the
other ab machines, but it includes some nice extras like
the 14 day eating plan and free instruction video.
The
Ab Swing gets a recommendation from me, although not a very
enthusiastic one...
