is that it packs a lot of punch, for a minimal price.

get 8 workouts plus the iFit compatability, the comfortable
adjustable recumbent seat design, a built in weight bench
and an easy to use console that will make your workouts
easy and efficient.
Is
the Proform 970 Crosstrainer a bit gimmcky? Yes.
It's not as good as buying a weight bench and exercise bike
seperately, but for the money I think Proform has done an
excellent job with their design...
