Reebok RT445 Exercise Bike

The Reebok RT445 exercise bike is quite a bit more expensive than the Reebok CYC10 and the Reebok CYC12 bikes I reviewed earlier, but the extra expense is well worth it in the long run. Especially if you're a bit more serious about your training.

The thing that jumps out at you right away about the RT445, is the excellent LED control panel. It actually has two windows to help you keep track of your workout and to provide motivation on one of 8 preprogrammed workouts.

Another feature that I really think you'll appreciate on the Rebok RT445 is the pulse driven workouts. The bike will actually adjust the intensity of the resistance according to your pulse rate during the workout. There's no need to fiddle around with a bunch of buttons when you should be concentrating on pedaling the bike.

The Reebok RT445 is also comfortable for an upright exercise bike. Both the handlebars and seat are easily adjustable helping you find the ideal riding position quite easily. I prefer an upright bike like the RT445, I feel I get a better workout than I do on a recumbent bike...
