Stamina
Recumbent Exercise Bike
The
Stamina recumbent exercise bikes have been quite
popular for some time. So why am I not recommending
the Stamina exercise bike?
There
is a point at which it makes sense not to spend your money
on exercise equipment.
That
price point for exercise bikes is around $250. When you
drop below this level of spending you're not getting any
of the features that make buying an exercise bike worth
while.
The
Stamina Recumbent exercise bike falls into this category.
It lacks heart rate monitoring, preprogrammed workouts,
a decent display console and an easily adjustable seat.
If
you're shopping in this price range I'm assuming that you're
a relative newcomer to the exercise bike industry and will
appreciate me being as honest as possible with you.
The
Stamina exercise bikes should not be at the top
of your list.
If
you're really strapped for cash and just can't see yourself
spending more than $200, I have a suggestion for you.
You
should check out the Gazelle
Freestyle Elliptical trainer. I think you'll get a lot
more enjoyment from it, and you'll end up using it more
than a cheap exercise bike.
If
you can stomach investing about $100 dollars more, take
a close look at the Proform
970 Crosstrainer as a good alternative.
