Bandflex
Home Gym
I'm
recommending the Bandflex Home Gym with some provisions.
The
first thing you should know about the Bandflex Home Gym
is, while it's a good home gym for the money, don't think
for a minute that you're getting the same quality as you
would if you bought a Bowflex or Weider Crossbow.
It's not that the Bandflex is low quality, but the Bowflex
and Weider Crossbow are made a bit stronger, thus
their higher price.
They
say that immitation is the sincerest form of flattery, and
Stamina Fitness pulled out the stops while trying to duplicate
the Bowflex. And they did a pretty good job too,
and at about 1/3 the price it's a no brainer deciding which
gym is the better value.
I
do like the Bandflex Home Gym for a number of reasons.
Unlike
the Weider Flex Gym, the Bandflex offers up to
290 pounds of resistance. That's actually as much or
more resistance than the Bowflex
or Weider Crossbow base models.
The
Bandflex Gym also scores on another point with me,
as you can perform over 60 exercises on it. Not that all
of the exercises are "health club quality", but
that variety will help relieve boredom and repetition.
The
other reason that I like the Bandflex Gym is that
it does get a lot of good reviews from everyday consumers.
Here are some of the typical comments from readers that
I came across while doing my research. "Well built,
affordable, stable during use, versatile, compact fold-up
design, provides great workout".
You
can get the Bandflex Home Gym from youcansave.com
and save $50 off the retail price on all the other websites.
Here
is a link for the Bandflex
Home Gym at MegaFitness. They sell it for $60
cheaper than anywhere I've deen online.
