Solid G4I Gym Review
The
Body Solid G4 gym is a very nice gym for the price and has
features typically found on more expensive gyms from Hoist
and Life Fitness, luckily for you though, Body Solid sells
their equipment online and through larger retailers so there
is competition on keeping pricing down.
The
Body Solid G4I is one of the most versatile gyms on the
market with a new design that's based on what Body Solid
calls the, "3-Dimensional Independent Iso-Flex Press
Arms."
That's
just a fancy way of saying that it simulates free weight
exercises, and does so extremely well I might add.
Another
unique feature on the G4I is the swiveling dual pulley lat
station, which allows you to do conventional lat pulls or
use independent cable handles to perform crossover movements.
Along
with the new chest press and lat station technology, the
G4I has an impressive list of features like a comfortable
gas-assist adjustable seat post for quick adjustments, a
standard leg developer station with smooth glide bearings
and all the attachments and extras you can shake a stick
at (see below).
*included
extras that come standard with the G4I gym:
(2) two stirrup handles, lat bar, revolving straight bar,
ankle strap, ab / triceps strap, Total Body Workout DVD,
full size exercise chart and convenient water bottle and
towel holder
Like
all home gyms in the Body Solid Line, the Body Solid
G4I home gym uses heavy gauge steel frames, air craft
grade cables, brass bushings and puncture resistant vinyl
(just like the health club - that's why all their gyms are
backed
by Body Solid's in home lifetime warranty.
