Bowflex
Revolution Review
The
Bowflex Revolution Gym is a breakthrough in home
gym design and is unlike anything I've seen or used before,
and believe me I've about done it all in the home gym market...
The
Bowflex Revolution is also a brave step forward in home
gym design and may at first glance seem 'radical', as most
traditional home gyms have either an attached weight stack
or some variation of resistance bands or rods (like the
other Bowflex Home Gyms and the Weider
Crossbow).
Bowflex
has outfitted the Revolution with a new resistence technology
that they borrowed from the Astronaut training program for
working out in zero gravity - Bowflex has dubbed the new
technology SpiraFlex.
To
change the resistance on the Revolution, it's simply a matter
of adding or subtracting the spiraflex plates (they're substantially
lighter than traditional weight plates by the way).

On
thing you will notice right away when you try out the Bowflex
revolution comapred to some of the cheaper Bowflex and Weider
gyms is how smooth the motion is and just how quiet the
machine operates.
Like
other Bowflex gyms, the Revolution is also easy to just
get on and start working out since its' been well designed
and engineered to satisfy nearly all users with good adjustability
and solid ergonomics.
The
biggest drawback to the new Bowflex
Revolution is the high sticker price of nearly $2500
that may put this home gym out of reach for many people
that would like to own it, if that's the case checkout the
bowflex gym reviews page to find an alternative, or try
the Weider
Crossbow.
