Freemotion 31 is another attempt to make a smith machine
that looks good at first glance, but shen you didg deeper,
it becomes glaringly apparent that there are some shortcomings
to the r31 that simply cannot be overlooked when shopping
for a smith machine in any price range.

Freemotion r31 is NOT any better of a smith machine
than the comparable Marcy
Smith Machine, and the surprising thing is, it costs
as much as $200 more!..
