Bowflex
Series 7 Treadmill Review
The
Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill is the top end of the
Bowflex treadmill lineup which also features the Bowflex
Series 3 Treadmill and the Bowflex
Series 5 Treadmill.
Finally
here's the Bowflex treadmill I would consider buying. All
the stops have pulled out and the Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill
is loaded with all the features you'll need to get a great
workout and track your results like you should be doing.
The
motor on the Series 7 is upgraded above and beyond the Series
3 and 5 to a massive 3.0 hp which will last for a long time
and deliver good belt speed and reliability.
There
are a few other large advantages you get with the Bowflex
Series 7 that are deal makers. The first is the telemetric
heart rate control that will adjust the treadmill speed
automatically to your heart rate, and the second is the
11 m.p.h. top speed with a user weight rating of 300 pounds
and the third is the large commercial style 2.5" rollers.
Key
features of the Bowflex Series 3 Treadmill:
- 15
programs, including 2 HRC, 2 user-defined and a BMI test
- Large
20" x 60" live running area
- 3-speed
fan cools you during exercise
-
Quick Incline and Quick Speed keys
-
Fold-up treadmill uses SoftDrop decline position
- Grip
and telemetric heart rate monitors
- Strike
Zone deck suspension
If
you've read my reviews on the Bowflex
Series 3 Treadmill, and the Bowflex
Series 5 Treadmill it's clear that the Series 7 Treadmill
is far superior in every aspect and is the only Bowflex
Treadmill that I would purchase for my own home.
If
the higher price tag of the Series 7 is a turn off, take
a look at my best treadmill
section of the website to get a recommendation that will
fit your budget.
The
Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill is a solid machine
with a long warranty from a company that's been around with
a proven track record, and should be on your shopping list
if you're looking in this price range.
