NordicTrack Incline Trainer Review

The NordicTrack Incline Trainer is an attempt to capture a new trend in the fitness market that was developed by the Bowflex Treadclimber in 2005...

The whole idea behind using an incline trainer is to simulate walking uphill continuously during your workout.

The million dollar question is this, "Is it actually more beneficial to use a continuous incline to train on a treadmill?"... or is it overkill?

It would seem that working out on an incline trainer would yield exceptional results because of the extra effort one would have to put in, but the reality is, it's not all that it's cracked up to be...

Here's why I wouldn't buy an Incline Trainer:

  • limited workout variation
  • higher risk of injury for novice user
  • high price relative to a good treadmill
  • low resale value
  • boring, tedious workouts

If you're still not convinced that an Incline Trainer is definitely 'not' the way to go on your treadmill purchase, you can get a full report and details below...
