Speed, Incline, Time, Distance Traveled, Calories, Pulse
and Pace.
There's
also a cool 1/4 mile track feature so you can visually keep
pace and know exactly where you are during your workout

additional features I like on the Sole F63 are the lockable
folding feature (good if you have rowdy kids like me), and
the low price of this treadmill for all the quality features
it has packed in.
There's
only one thing you won't find on the Sole F63 and that's
heart rate controlled workouts. It's not a deal killer but
